My name is Amanda and I live in South Louisiana with my husband and two children. I am an oncology nurse, foodie, and self-proclaimed Disney nerd. I enjoy hiking the National Parks, reading, spending time with my family, and relaxing on the beach but Disney World will always be my favorite adventure.
I did not grow up going to the Disney Parks. In fact, I went to Disney World for the first time in college and instantly fell in love (yes Disney has plenty for adults too!). My husband has been to Disney World every year since he was a kid, so I married into a Disney family but he had no idea that I would develop an immense passion for all things Disney. I keep up to date with park blogs, watch theme park vlogs, track crowd calendars, and almost always have the official Walt Disney World Spotify playlist on in my car. I did all this before becoming a travel advisor.
My passion for Disney, love of planning, and attention to detail will assure you a stress free and magical vacation. While some say the worst part of vacation is the actual planning, I genuinely enjoy it!
Organizing and putting together the little touches that make your vacation unique and memorable brings me joy. I believe that everyone should experience the excellence that Disney has to offer. With a dozen trips to Disney World under my belt I have plenty of experience in a variety of trips (couples trips, adults only, trips with babies/toddlers, bachelor/bachelorette trips). My favorite place to travel:
It probably comes as no surprise that my favorite place to travel is Disney World. When I am in Disney with my family I am the happiest version of myself. The attention to detail and immersive atmosphere never fail to amaze me. Disney World holds special memories for me and I continue to make lasting memories with every trip.
The best thing I’ve ever eaten on vacation:
As someone who has planned entire vacations around food, it is tough to choose just one favorite. The rigatoni at Topolino’s Terrace at Disney World’s Riviera Resort is one of my favorite meals. You can also see the Epcot fireworks from the restaurant which is definitely a plus.
The best part about being a Travel Advisor:
Knowing that I get to help people create lifelong memories is the reason I got into travel planning. Helping others is my passion and being able to create joy for clients is without a doubt the best part of the job.
