About Theresa
Hello! My name is Theresa Lee, born and raised in Houston. My husband and I have been married since 1995. We have three kids and a granddaughter. As a kid, my parents took us on many road trips to vacation, and I loved all the memories. We started traveling with our kids when they were little. I love seeing their faces and enjoying all the different places we’ve been able to take them. I joined Happily Ever After Travel recently after using them for my own travel. I’m excited to be a part of their team and to make long, magical memories last a lifetime! I look forward to assisting you in making your own memories!
My favorite place to travel:
My favorite place I have traveled to is Hawaii, especially the North Shore. The scenery is absolutely amazing. Although I’m not a surfer, I loved watching the surfers ride the waves and listening to the waves crash was so relaxing. The vegetation, colorful flowers, and vibrant shades of green made the landscape are so beautiful.
Swimming at Waimea Falls was an unforgettable experience. I can’t say enough about how beautiful it was. Another highlight of the trip was visiting Kīlauea and seeing an active volcano. When we climbed the volcano, the weather was pleasantly warm at the base, but by the time we reached the top, it was freezing cold. Hiking to the crater was incredible, and it was fascinating to witness such a powerful natural wonder up close.
We also attended a traditional Hawaiian luau, where we enjoyed the music, watched the dancers perform, and experienced an exciting fire dance. Overall, Hawaii was an unforgettable destination, and it remains my favorite place I have ever visited.
The best thing you’ve ever eaten on vacation:
That’s actually a hard for me to answer because I enjoy so many different foods. I’ve had the opportunity to travel to places like Hawaii, Jamaica, Puerto Rico, and Mexico, and one thing I always make a point of doing is trying the local cuisine. I love experiencing different cultures through their traditional foods, and that’s one of my favorite parts of traveling. Because of that, it’s difficult to choose just one favorite food. I appreciate a wide variety of flavors and dishes from different places.
