I authorize Viking Cruises, through my travel advisor at Happily Ever After Travel, to initiate an electronic debit (ACH/e-check/EFT) from the bank account identified above in the amount indicated on this authorization.
I certify that I am an authorized signer on this bank account and have the authority to authorize this transaction. I certify that the banking information I have provided is accurate and complete.
I authorize Happily Ever After Travel and my travel advisor to securely transmit the banking and payment information provided on this form to Viking Cruises for the purpose of processing this authorized payment.
I understand that Happily Ever After Travel is acting as my travel advisor and does not directly charge or debit my bank account. The payment will be processed by Viking Cruises and may appear on my bank statement as “Viking Cruises” or a similar identifier.
I understand that submitting this authorization does not guarantee that the payment will be accepted by my financial institution or Viking Cruises. I am responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available in the account. I understand that returned or rejected payments may result in fees and/or affect the status of my reservation.
I understand that payments made toward my reservation are subject to Viking Cruises' applicable booking, payment, change and cancellation terms and conditions, including any penalties in effect for my reservation at the time a change or cancellation is requested.
I understand that neither Happily Ever After Travel nor my Travel Advisor is responsible for supplier-imposed penalties, bank fees, insufficient-funds fees, rejected transactions, or other charges resulting from the use of the banking information I have provided..
I acknowledge that this authorization applies only to the payment amount identified above. Happily Ever After Travel may not initiate or authorize an additional payment using this banking information without my additional authorization.
